The pregnant Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 33, and the Cleveland Cavaliers player, 26, stepped out together at Klutch Sports Group’s The Game Is Everything dinner at Beauty & Essex. They coordinated in all-black outfits, with Kardashian rocking a leather jacket over a formfitting midi dress and Thompson wearing a studded bomber jacket, a button-down shirt and jeans.

The dad-to-be was all smiles as he cradled his girlfriend’s baby bump while posing for photos inside the restaurant, marking their first joint public appearance since she announced her pregnancy in December. Other guests included Thompson’s teammate LeBron James and actors Michael B. Jordan, Kevin Hart and Jesse Williams.

Kardashian is seven months into her first pregnancy. Us Weekly exclusively revealed in September that she is expecting a baby boy, though she did not publicly confirm the news until nearly three months later. Since then, she has spoken candidly about the ups and downs of being pregnant — including, most recently, how it has affected her sex life with Thompson.

“I have always heard that women are extra horny when they’re pregnant. But for me it’s been interesting,” the Good American denim designer wrote on her app on Friday, February 16. “In the beginning, sex was the same. As I got into my third trimester and started to get bigger, it became harder to have sex and a little more uncomfortable and limiting. … But you just have to improvise and do the best you can.”
