Does absence make the heart grow founder? Kristin Cavallari says yes. She and Miami Dolphins quarterback husband Jay Cutler will go long stretches without seeing each other when he’s in training.
“I think the distance for us, has really worked in our favor,” the 31-year-old told Us Weekly at her Uncommon James Collection launch in West Hollywood on March 1. “He was in Miami for five months and I only saw him every few weeks. So that kind of keeps the passion alive.”

Before Cavallari left for Los Angeles to launch her jewelry company, she found an adorable surprise in the kitchen. “Yesterday morning he left little Post-its on the refrigerator,” Cavallari gushed to Us. “He said how proud he was of me, which was really sweet.”
Life is easier with Cutler on hand to help with kids Camden, 5, Jaxon, 3 and 2-year-old daughter Saylor. After all, he’s her partner in parenting. “He’s very hands on,” says the Balancing in Heels author. “So it’s nice having him home.”
Celebrities Dating AthletesThough being a mom is Cavallari’s most favorite thing, she and the athlete are not even considering having a fourth. “We’re done. We are done,” she revealed. “We feel it’s just a very complete family. So why rock the boat?”
And Cutler is in agreement on no more babies. Says Cavallari: “Luckily, we’re on the same page!”
