Chrissy Teigen, who’s pregnant with a boy, admitted at the Create & Cultivate conference in L.A. on Saturday, February 25, that she’s worried about suffering postpartum depression with her new baby.

I do. But I also know that I feel like when it does happen, if it does, I’m so ready for it. I have the perfect people around me for it. That’s why I really stand for a good core group of people around you.”
The cookbook author, 32, said that as she battled the baby blues after her daughter was born she didn’t initially realize what her problem was. “I didn’t know I had it,” the Lip Sync Battle cohost said. “I knew that I had an incredible life, and an incredible husband, and family, and all the resources necessary, and I knew that I was personally unhappy, but I didn’t think anything was wrong with it because I just assumed that that’s the way it was. You have a kid, you’re sad, you lose those endorphins, and that’s the way it is.”
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's Epic RomanceTeigen also talked about her social media fame and her reputation for being outspoken, something that she admits didn’t exactly help her when she started out as a model. “I remember meeting with people and them being like, ‘Yeah, but she talks a lot,'” she said of early rejections.
Now, she insists that she’s far more careful about what she says and posts than she used to be.

That was so fun,” she said. “The amount of things I backspace on and save to draft is crazy. Sometimes I’m scared. I delete my drafts every once in a while, just because I’m like, if these got out, it’s horrible.”
